Cook Eazy: Butter Chicken Recipe🄘

Hello CookEazy family! So how are you doing lately. Ever heard of Butter chicken. Wanna try it at you home enjoy it with your loved ones. So let's get cooking should we?

    



 Ingredients:

- 500g Chicken (boneless)

- 2 tbsp Butter

- 1 cup Tomato Puree

- 1 Onion (finely chopped)

- 1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste

- 1/2 cup Cream

- 2 tbsp Yogurt

- 1 tsp Garam Masala

- 1 tsp Red Chili Powder

- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder

- 1 tsp Coriander Powder

- Salt to taste

- Fresh Coriander (for garnish)


Instructions:


1. Marinate the Chicken: 

   - Cut the chicken into pieces.

   - Take a bowl now add some curd, red chilli powder and salt to taste. 

   - Take those juicy chicken pieces and add them in this mixture and marinate them then set aside for 30 minutes. 

2. Cook the Chicken:

   -In a pan heat some butter

   - Add the chicken pieces and cook them . Set aside after cooking.

3. Make the Gravy:

   - Now add butter in the same pan.

   - Into the pan take some onions and fry them then add the tomato puree to it.

   - Add all the spices to taste and cook for about 2-3 minutes.

   


4. Combine:

   - Take the chicken piece and add it to this mixture.

   - Pour in the cream and mix well. Cook for another 5 minutes.

   - Add salt to taste.



5. Finish Up:

   - Garnish with fresh coriander.

   - Serve hot with naan, roti, or rice.
