Spicy Chili Garlic Noodles


Hello, Cookeazy family! So, this is our first ever recipe on this journey so to make it auspicious let's cooks something spicy should we?
How about Spicy Chili garlic noodles, which is a blend of spicy flavors and deliciousness. It is best for those nights where you crave for something delicious and easy to cook. So, without any delay let's get cooking some noodles.

These Spicy Chili Garlic Noodles is easy to make and it will just take aroung 20 minutes to cook. It is spicy, tangy and a puncy garlic flavor to it and it is perfect that quick appetizing meal.

Ingredients

  • Noodles
  • Vegetable oil (2tbps)
  • Garlic cloves
  • Ginger
  • Chili garlic sauce
  • Soy Sauce
  • Oyster Sauce
  • Sugar (1tbs)
  • Mixed veggies (bell peppers, carrots, snap peas, etc.)
  • Green onions
  • Coriander leaves

Instructions

Step 1: Prepping the Noodles

  1. Now it's time to bring in the long noodles and cook them in water or else you can cook them as per instructions on the pack. And keep them aside.

Step 2: Prepare the Sauce

  1. Now it's time to add some flavor to that blant noodles. Some Sauce would do good for that so now let's bring in the scientist inside you and mix all these sauces that were mentioned in the ingredients list make sure to not add much and adjust according to your taste .

Step 3: Sauté the Aromatics

  1. Heat some vegetable oil in a pan I would prefer a wok.
  2. Now add that garlic and ginger and cook them for about 1-2 minutes under medium flame.

Step 4: Add Vegetables

  1. Let those veggies fall into the wok and stir fry them for another 5 minutes until they are tender.

Step 5: Combine Everything

  1. Now in goes our noodles into the wok.
  2. Now its time to add our sauce that we made earlier and mix mix mix until they are combined like you and your problems in life.

Step 6: Garnish and Serve

  1. Now add some chopped green onions on top of it.
  2. Now it's time to garnish them with some coriander leaves and devour it.
