Ingredients

For the Marinade:

  • 500 grams boneless lamb, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 cup curd.
  • 2 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Salt to taste

For Grilling:

  • 2 tablespoons butter or ghee, melted
  • Skewers (wooden or metal)
  • Lemons and coariander leaves.

Instructions

Step 1: Marinate the Meat

  1. Prepare the Marinade: Take a large bowl. Now it's time to work our magic in it nothing fancy you just need to add all the ingredients that are mentioned below and mix them well.
    Curd,
    Ginger-garlic paste,
    Lemon juice,
    Vegetable oil,
    Red chili powder,
    Cumin powder,
    Coriander powder,
    Garam masala,
    Turmeric powder,
    Black pepper,
    Salt.
  2. Marinate the Meat: Now add those meat cubes to this mixture and mix well so that every cube is covered with this mixture this is very important because this ensures that the pieces are well flavored and you need to keep them in the frigde for atleat 4 hours so that the flavors are absored. 

Step 2: Prepare for Grilling

  1. Preheat the Grill: If you have an outdoor grill, then man you are blessed you just need to use it. Just make it ready for the kebabs. 
  2. Prepare the Skewers: Thread the meat cubes on to the skewers with some gaps between the cubes.

Step 3: Grill the Kebabs

  1. Grill the Kebabs: Time to grill our kebabs so place the skewers on the grill and keep turning them occasionally to cook them evenly.
  2. Check for Doneness: Make sure that the meat is cooked well if not keep on grilling an keep on turning it. 

Step 4: Serve

  1. Garnish and Serve: Once the meat is cooked well enough it's time to remove the kebabs from the grill and let them cool down a bit and that's it. Serve them and enjoy your delicious kebabs.
