- 2 cups of all-purpose flour

- Half cup of finely chopped bell peppers
- Chopped onions (according to your requirement)
- Thinly sliced garlic cloves 2-3 would be ideal
- Thinly sliced ginger
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons oil

- Finely cut chicken so that it can be stuffed.
- Finely chopped onions and spring onions
- Thinly sliced garlic cloves 2-3 would be ideal
- Thinly sliced ginger
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons oil
For the Dipping Sauce:

Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Dough
- Make Dough: In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour and salt. Gradually add water and knead to form a soft and smooth dough. Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Step 2: Prepare the Filling
Vegetable Filling:
- Sauté Vegetables: Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and ginger, and sauté until fragrant. Add the onions and sauté until translucent.
- Add Vegetables: Add chopped cabbage, carrots, and bell peppers. Stir-fry for a few minutes until the vegetables are tender yet crunchy.
