Hello CookEazy Family! How are you guys doing lately. Are you ready for some Vanilla Ice cream. Yes you heard me right let's make some vanilla Ice cream at your home with your own hands. It will be as delicious as the store brought one believe me. Put a little faith in your hands and me together we can do this. So, let's make some ice cream!
Ingredients
- Heavy cream (2-3 cups)
- A cup of whole milk
- Sugar (3/4 cup)
- Vanilla Extract (2 spoons)
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
Step 1: Ice cream base preparation
- Mix Ingredients: Take a bowl and pour some heavy cream in it with some milk, sugar and vanilla extract and finally a pinch of salt then whisk the whole mixture until they are completely dissolved.
Step 2: Freeze the Mixture
- Chill: Now cover the top of the bowl and place it in the refrigerator for over an hour .
Step 3: Churn the Ice Cream
- Set Up the Ice Cream Maker: You need to follow the instructions present in the ice cream maker device manual cause that will give you more appropriate results than whatever I provide you with and please do make sure that the bowl is properly frozen.
- Churn: Now it's time to pour our chilled ice cream mixture into the ice cream maker this will usually take some time and you need to be patient because good things take time right.
Step 4: Freeze the Ice Cream
- Transfer to a Container: If the texture becomes soft then you need to transfer it to an airtight container.
- Freeze: Before serving it you need to freeze it in the freezer for atleast 2-3 hours.
Step 5: Serve and Enjoy
- Serve: Just scoop out the ice cream and enjoy it with soe fresh fruits or choco chips.
