- 1/4 cup chopped pistachios (optional, for garnish)
- 1/4 cup chopped almonds (optional, for garnish)
Instructions

Step 2: Prepare the Milk Mixture
- Boil Milk: In a heavy-bottomed saucepan, bring the whole milk to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally to prevent it from sticking to the bottom.
- Simmer and Reduce: Reduce the heat and let the milk simmer until it reduces to about half its original volume. This process should take about 20-25 minutes.
- Add Sugar and Condensed Milk: Stir in the sugar and condensed milk. Continue to cook for another 10 minutes, stirring continuously until the mixture thickens.

- Cool the Milk Mixture: Allow the reduced milk mixture to cool to room temperature.
- Add Mango Puree and Cardamom: Once cooled, gently fold in the mango puree and cardamom powder until well combined.
Step 4: Freeze the Kulfi
- Fill Molds: Pour the mixture into kulfi molds or small paper cups. Insert wooden sticks if using paper cups.
- Freeze: Place the molds in the freezer for at least 6-8 hours, or until the kulfi is completely set.
